Four County Family Law Practice PBI

Doylestown, PA – Robert J. Salzer, a partner at Williams Family Law, P.C., will continue a firm legacy as a featured speaker at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s “Family Law Practice in Bucks, Chester, Delaware & Montgomery Counties 2023.” Salzer will be the second AAML fellow from Williams Family Law to present at the conference, to be held both in-person and online December 15, 2023, from 9:00 A.M. to 4:20 P.M.

The conference seeks to explain how family law procedures vary from one Pennsylvania county to the next. Salzer, representing Bucks County, will detail the rules, forms and best practices for practitioners, as will the faculty members representing other areas, which include Michael E. Bertin of Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel; Elizabeth J. Billies of Dischell Bartle & Dooley; Paula M. Borradaile of the Chester County Justice Center; Patricia A. Coacher from Delaware County Domestic Relations; Edward T. Lawlor, Jr.; Kathleen A. O'Connor of Sweeney & Neary; Michael C. Rovito from MacElree Harvey; and Lynn A. Snyder of the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas.

Salzer continues a legacy begun by partner and firm founder Jeffrey M. Williams, who co-hosted the event for over two decades. Williams Family Law is committed to the success of this event, and with the switch to include a virtual format, so that it can reach a broader audience.

With an LLM in taxation, Salzer is uniquely qualified to guide clients through financially complex, high-net worth divorces. He focuses his practice on family law matters, including alimony/spousal support, divorce, equitable distribution, marital agreements, child support, child custody, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML), an honor reserved solely for skilled negotiators and experienced litigators who represent individuals in all facets of family law. He is a frequent presenter on issues involved in family law.
