Doylestown, PA - Williams Family Law partner Robert J. Salzer presented last week at the 2018 Bench Bar Conference hosted by the Bucks County Bar Association. The conference took place September 20-22, 2018 at The Hotel Hershey in Hershey, PA.
Salzer spoke at a program entitled “The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017: A Family Court Perspective,” participating in a panel that included Bucks County Family Court judges Brian T. McGuffin, James M. McMaster and Jeffrey G. Trauger. The session discussed last year’s tax code overhaul and its effects on separation, divorce and marital dissolution planning.
Salzer, who holds an LL.M in Taxation, focuses his practice on financially complex, high net worth family law matters, including divorce, alimony and spousal support, equitable distribution, child support, child custody, and marital agreements. In 2017, he published “Stress-Free Divorce,” one in a series of books on divorce and related issues.
